In 2003, my wife Alison and I decided it was time to make some drastic changes to our professional lives in order to allow for more family time with our two small children. And so, began a journey that brought us to Brevard County and provided an opportunity to become a leading area specialist with 16 years of marketing experience. I fully embrace the cutting-edge technology in this industry and recognize how it helps my clients assess the market in real time.

My primary focus is on past clients, referrals, distressed homeowners, and helping buyers/sellers through the current process that can be very overwhelming.

After dabbling in studio photography for a few years, I migrated from human subjects to residential properties. My goal is to showcase each listing from every angle possible, giving buyers a realistic first impression. This includes a complete narrated walking tour highlighting the features and benefits of a home’s interior and exterior.
